Slavic Doll Making for Clearing & Joy
Discover the beauty and wisdom of an ancient Slavic folk tradition in this hands-on workshop where creativity meets mindful intention. Together, we will create a traditional no-sew Slavic doll (motanka), lovingly crafted from simple natural materials using wrapping and tying techniques passed down through generations.
Traditionally, these dolls were made as symbols of protection, renewal, and positive transformation.
In this workshop, you will be guided through the process of creating a special Bell Doll - a Slavic talisman made with fabric, thread, and a small bell - intended to support emotional clearing, release what no longer serves you, and invite more joy, lightness, and positivity into your life.
As you craft your doll, you'll learn about the meaning behind its construction, and how intention has long been woven into this meaningful folk art.
All materials are provided.
Price:
$55 - Adults
$35 - Kids (supervised by an adult)
If you're looking for a creative way to uplift your spirit, celebrate yourself, spend meaningful time with your child—or simply explore a beautiful Slavic tradition—join us for this unique hands-on workshop.

Irish dancing is traditional Gaelic or Celtic dance forms that originated in Ireland. It can be performed as a solo or in groups of up to twenty or more trained dancers. In Ireland, Irish dance is part of social dancing or may be for formal performances and competitions.
It is performed traditionally with intricate footwork and is most known for the dancers performing with a stiff upper body. Unlike other dance forms, Irish dancers do not move their arms or hands so that footwork is accented.
