I’ve always been drawn to living a creative life—one that finds its truest expression through the act of making art. My inspiration often comes from the stirring energy and luminous color of early morning and evening light. This natural rhythm fuels my passion for experimental visual expression, where I work across a variety of mediums, including oil paint, watercolor, acrylics, and oil pastels. I move fluidly between them, returning to each medium as inspired.
Creating art is how I stay grounded. Quiet time in the studio, moments in nature, and connection with my pet, family, and close friends all nourish my artistic practice. These daily experiences create a balance that shapes both my inner and outer worlds. My artwork reflects this personal geography—where I’ve been, what I feel, and how I process the experience of being human.
I approach the canvas without a strict plan. I let feeling guide my hand, allowing each piece to unfold in conversation with surface. I aim for my work to draw your attention from across the room—not by replicating the world but by evoking and painting a powerful response to it!
On closer look, I hope you’ll discover subtle surprises and moments of connection—small details that invite you to linger and engage, visually and emotionally. Each piece is a window into my creative journey and an invitation to reflect on your own.
